These colors are amazing. A little bit of product goes a long way, and the colors are vibrant and stay bright. No yucky after-taste, either, even with the red and black. I used these to color royal icing and my cookies came out better than usual. I've also been a fan of Americolors, which is a close second to these (and much cheaper). I would say of all the food coloring I've used, this is my most favorite, especially for the yellows and blues.
